Prior to co-founding CAEDENCE, Andy held various engineering and leadership roles where he led many successful electro-mechanical new product development, quality improvement, and cost reduction projects. If you’ve driven in a car or truck, flown on a commercial aircraft, or operated a construction or agricultural machine, you’ve likely used one of Andy’s designs. In recognition of his technical leadership, Andy was elected by his peers to Senior Member of Technical Staff. Throughout his career, Andy has amplified his positive influence on organizations, creating a wide range of novel technical & business skills workshops, mentoring engineering & leadership talent, and leading university recruiting. He holds 8 patents and is a Massachusetts registered Professional Engineer. Andy is a regular speaker at university and professional society events and a volunteer mentor, providing career guidance to undergrad and graduate students. In his spare time he enjoys cycling and hiking.

Before co-founding CAEDENCE, Eric ran several successful multi-million dollar businesses, routinely meeting and exceeding financial and quality targets. He led operations, design, and process engineering for the automotive accelerometer he invented, developed and launched (and which is still in series production 30 years later). While in charge of global Quality, Eric transformed the organization to achieve world-class quality performance with laser-focused customer engagements, deployment of robust systems, and infusing engineering depth into the Quality function. Across several of his functional roles, Eric worked on multiple mergers and acquisitions including due diligence activity, navigating the acquisition transition period, and development of newly acquired site talent and systems. Eric led several talent development initiatives at his former companies leading to enhanced learning management systems and deployment of workshops with over 5000 professionals trained. Eric has 7 patents and is a certified Six Sigma DMAIC and DFSS Black Belt.
